There are typically no rigid mechanics guidelines for Followers. Through our thorough experimentation, certain statistics and effects may function haphazardly, while others may not function at all. We endeavor to present these intriguing intricacies to you:

Upon the Player’s demise, the Follower too meets their untimely end, while simultaneously witnessing the resetting of all skill Cooldowns. This includes the cheat death abilities such as Fate’s Lapse, Vanish, and Guardian.

Upon the demise of a loyal Follower, their existence is swiftly revived, like a phoenix rising from the ashes, in a mere span of 20 seconds while the player remains unscathed.

In the realm of Greater Rifts, your loyal Follower possesses the extraordinary ability to instantly teleport to your side whenever you venture beyond a distance of 75 yards. Follower Skills can be modified at any time, except during a Greater Rift, but once chosen, they cannot be undone. Should you find yourself dissatisfied with a chosen skill, the only recourse is to embark on a new character creation journey.

Follower tokens grant Cooldown Reduction for all their active abilities, excluding their cheat death procs.

Input: Followers gain advantages from defensive buffs such as Ignore Pain Mob Rule, War Cry, and the Monk’s Mantras. They can be affected by Crowd Control effects like Stuns and Freezes, but they cannot be knocked back. Nevertheless, the impact of Crowd Control can be reduced through items with Crowd Control Reduction. Additionally, equipping Ice Climbers provides them with immunity against Freeze, Slow, and Root effects, particularly valuable in the challenging Greater Rifts.

Exercise caution during your retreat, for venturing too far will trigger the re-teleportation of your faithful companion to its original location, resulting in a futile endeavor.
